Gate access records
From their phone, in seconds. Name the visitor, set entry and exit times, share it on WhatsApp.
Six digits, read out loud or shown on a phone. Nothing for the visitor to install.
The guard types it in and instantly sees the visitor, the unit, and the resident. One tap to admit.
Create a visitor code in seconds, share it on WhatsApp, and get an email when your visitor arrives. See your full visitor history any time.
Approve residents, track visits per unit daily and monthly, manage your team, and keep a permanent digital record — no logbook, no spreadsheets.
Sign in with the estate code and PIN — or your own guard account. Type the visitor's code and see exactly who they are and which unit expects them.
Residents join with your estate code and wait for admin approval before anything works.
One-time or scheduled codes with precise validity windows. Expired and revoked codes stop working instantly.
Residents get an email when a code is created — and another the moment their visitor is admitted at the gate.
The estate office sees visits per unit, daily and monthly, without calling the gate.
Every estate gets its own address — like sunrise.passy.ng — with the gate ready and the estate pre-selected.
Estate admins, estate managers, and named security accounts — everyone gets exactly the access they need.
Estate payments: collect service charge, water dues, and land use charge — with automatic receipts and remittance.
No. Passy runs in the phone browser. Residents sign in at app.passy.ng, the gate uses your estate's own link, and the estate office uses admin.passy.ng.
The estate admin sets a gate PIN from the dashboard, or creates named accounts for each guard. Security signs in with the estate code and PIN — no personal phones required at the gate.
One-time codes are marked used at first check-in. Codes outside their entry/exit window are rejected automatically and shown as expired.
They can register with your estate code, but they stay pending until the estate admin approves them. Nothing works before approval.
There's a free plan to get started, and paid plans for larger estates — see the pricing page. Payments features (service charge, water dues, land use charge) are coming soon.
Register, get your estate code and your own estate link, and share them with residents and your gate.
